ORDERING
- To order, send an email to jukshop@yahoo.com.sg with your order numbers.
- Most of our items are pre-ordered to keep our prices low.
- However, there are some instock items that are readily available.
- Buy 3 items and above to enjoy the special price listed.
- For pre-order, shipping will take approximately 2 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.
- Out of stock item will be updated on the website. However, due to the high turnover of the stock, supplier might not be able to update in time. Should your order be out of stock, we will refund accordingly.
- We will keep you updated on the status of the order.
- For instock sales, orders will be processed within 5 working days.

SHIPPING (Local)
- Shipping fee is at $1 per item.
- We will not be responsible for packages lost in delivery.
- Registered mail is recommended to ensure delivery of package. Additional charge of $2.50 applies.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
- All sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
